At GiftTrails, every trail ends with a memory — and we want your experience with us to be just as smooth.

• Game Decks: Because of the nature of our product, purchases of the GiftTrails deck are non-returnable. We’ve designed it to last through endless play, and once opened, it’s ready to create years of adventures.

• Downloadable Puzzles: All digital puzzle packs are final sale, since they’re available for instant download.

• Damaged Shipments: If your box arrives damaged, please email us at info@gifttrails.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll be happy to review and replace your deck if the issue falls within our replacement policy.
